Full and part-time positions are available. Acceptable individual performance is always rewarded at DWS. We offer quarterly incentive (bonus) program after the first 90 days for both full-time and part-time employees. Flexible first shift scheduling is available for part time employees. Paid holidays and generous medical/dental/vision insurance packages are available for full time employees after the first 90 days. Paid vacation days and 401k with 3% match available after first year for full-time employees. Hire-in compensation is based on experience and performance over the 90 day trial period. Experience not required.
